As the Founder and Managing Director of FurnishStack, Jay partners with retailers and manufacturers to help them confidently navigate the ever-evolving world of technology, marketing, and customer engagement.

Eric Leon brings two decades of experience designing high-impact systems at the intersection of technology, sales, and storytelling.

As Chief Architect at Furnishstack, Eric applies his deep expertise in AI workflow optimization and platform strategy to transform how furniture retailers connect with today’s digital shopper.

Before joining Furnishstack, Eric co-founded and scaled Commio, a cloud communications platform powering voice and messaging APIs for thousands of SaaS providers and enterprises. His leadership helped guide Commio through growth and acquisition, building one of the most reliable voice and messaging infrastructures.

Under his leadership, Commio signed some of the largest enterprises in the U.S. while also serving thousands of small and mid-sized businesses. Eric helped position Commio as a trusted provider of API-driven voice and messaging infrastructure, enabling organizations to deliver reliable communications at scale.

Earlier in his career, Eric worked as a visual effects artist and editor for top commercial brands—Verizon, Jaguar, Mattel, and Dr. Pepper—and helped shape iconic TV shows like Deadliest Catch and Ice Road Truckers.

Tim McLain is a seasoned marketing executive with a deep understanding of how technology drives revenue for local retailers. As Chief Marketing Officer at Furnishstack, Tim leads go-to-market strategy, brand development, and demand generation—connecting furniture stores and top brands with the solutions they need to thrive in a digital-first world.

Before joining Furnishstack, Tim spent more than eight years at Netsertive as the company's founding chief marketer, where he played a pivotal role in building marketing and sales programs for global brands like Sony, Serta, Best Buy, Electrolux, Bass Pro Shops, Volkswagen and dozens more.

He also partnered closely with retail buying groups including Nationwide Marketing Group, MEGA, and Furniture First, helping thousands of independent furniture and appliance dealers modernize their digital marketing, expand local reach, and increase in-store and online sales.

Tim also served as Director of Marketing at Commio, a leading cloud communications provider, where he helped reposition the brand, drive demand through content and SEO, and build a high-performing inbound engine. His efforts supported the company’s growth into a trusted infrastructure partner for SaaS companies and enterprises, enabling scalable voice and messaging through API-powered solutions.
